The foamed or compression dock shelter is mainly designed for refrigerated loading docks, where it is intended to prevent cold losses during loading and unloading operations.

It is characterized by its structure composed of high-density polyurethane foam cushions, covered with PVC, which completely isolate the dock when the vehicle is coupled to the dock. By means of this system, the truck body is compacted against the friction-absorbing foam pads, ensuring high tightness and significant energy and cost savings.

The use of this type of coat is widespread in Latin America, where it is called platform seal, and there is a wide variety of options, depending on the customer’s needs.
